Who writes the articles?

Articles are written and edited by Dani. Nobody is listed as a reviewer unless that person actually reviewed the article and agreed to be named.

How do we check facts?

Statements about health and effectiveness must be backed by a source listed in the article. We prefer medical organizations, regulators and peer-reviewed research. Where evidence is thin or small, the article says so.

Do you use AI tools?

Some drafts are prepared with help from AI writing tools. An AI tool is never the source of a fact. Nothing is published until Dani has checked the claims against the listed sources.

Do advertisers or brands influence content?

No. Brands cannot pay for coverage, a better verdict or a higher place in a list. If a link earns us a commission, the page says so. See the affiliate disclosure.

How often are articles reviewed?

Each article shows a "last reviewed" date. "Updated" changes only when the content changes in a meaningful way. We aim to review each article at least twice a year.
